Aubrey Rodman
Owner & Yoga Instructor
Aubrey discovered  her calling to  to be a yoga teacher after many years of being a practitioner and witnessing the amazing effects that it had on her life. Along with raising three children and working with at risk youth she found life fulfilling, but equally as draining. Teaching and practicing yoga was a great outlet when trying to find balance.  She brings a powerful yoga practice complimented by humor and just enough spiritualty.  Some have called her non-traditional classes "profound and profane". Although she is  200 hour yoga teacher certified, Aubrey believes that most your training comes from being present on your mat and experiencing life's ups and downs. Her goal and dream is to own and operate a yoga based treatment facility specializing in treating mental health issues and eating disorders.  A program that focuses on helping people achieve peace, calm and a higher level of self-esteem, ultimately improving their overall quality of life. Aubrey’s belief in the healing power of yoga is as strong as her belief in the  healing power of laughter. This is a characteristic that is present in her life, on and off her mat. Finding a way to laugh at one’s self and the imperfection of life can be an amazing survival tool while navigating through life.
